Although, they’re not perfect (no one is) they do address my concerns immediately and it doesn’t matter how minute they are! For this, I Truly Thank and Appreciate each and everyone for the Love and Support given on a daily basis!
I love being part of the Mercy/Diversicare team I’ve been with this company off and on since 2015. I’ve tried other facilities in the past but it’s something about this one, it’s where I’m supposed to be.. 3 times a charm and I’m in for the long ride. Home is where the heart is, Our new management team is an AWESOME GROUP OF LADIES! Staff members and Our residents are great to work with… Definitely feels like family away from family I highly recommend a short or long term stay. Rehabilitation team is awesome and great team players, Speech pathologist is wonderful! All in all great place to work or even stay!!
