With licensed nurses on-site and access to in-house clinical services through Exceptional Care Services, we deliver comprehensive, personalized care that promotes healing and relief.
Rehabilitation
Our goal is to help you return to the highest level of independence possible. Through Exceptional Rehab, our therapy programs include physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We accept individuals through the Ohio Assisted Living Waiver Program and MyCare Ohio, helping make quality care accessible to more seniors.
