Denise provides leadership for the Exceptional Care Services Advanced Practice Providers group.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denise has over 40 years of healthcare experience providing strategic and operational health care solutions. Her focus is on quality and cost-effective measures to improve healthcare outcomes, and provider and patient satisfaction.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile is-vertically-aligned-top\" style=\"grid-template-columns:35% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.exceptionallivingcenters.com\/exceptional-care-services\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2026\/01\/jeff-beaty.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-969 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong><strong>Senior Vice President Behavioral Health\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jeff Beaty, PhD, LMSW, MSHA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeff joined Exceptional Care Services in July 2023 as the Senior Vice President of Behavioral Health.&nbsp; He is responsible for establishing the behavioral health division, monitoring progress with the model and providing support and leadership.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeff critically analyzes clients with major neurocognitive disorders, dementia, and mental health disorders to improve quality of care.&nbsp; He provides active functional support and guidance in inter-operation of medical policy for associates to meet the healthcare and behavioral health needs of the clients including those within a palliative care situation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile is-vertically-aligned-top\" style=\"grid-template-columns:35% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.exceptionallivingcenters.com\/exceptional-care-services\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2026\/01\/ray-avery.jpg\" alt=\"Ray Avery, MSN, APRN, FNP-C\" class=\"wp-image-970 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong><strong><strong>Director of Medical Services\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Ray Avery, MSN, APRN, FNP-C<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ray has worked in nursing centers, assisted living facilities, and rehabilitation centers for over 14 years. He started his healthcare journey as a nursing assistant. As he continued his education, he was afforded new opportunities and worked as a registered nurse, a facility nursing manager, and has served in multiple leadership roles.
