For your convenience, we offer admissions 24 hours a day, seven days a week \u2013 because we know that care can\u2019t always wait for regular business hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When you arrive at Century Villa, our nursing staff will greet you and begin your initial assessment, including checking your vital signs and reviewing your care needs. We\u2019ll also complete an inventory of clothing and personal items to help ensure everything stays organized during your stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Within the first 72 hours, you\u2019ll meet with key members of our Administrative Team. These brief introductions will provide helpful information and introduce you to important aspects of your care plan, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This skilled team will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your first physician visit will typically take place within 72 hours of arrival, with follow-up visits scheduled every 30 days or more frequently if required. Our medical team is also on call 24\/7 to ensure your needs are always addressed promptly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n After clarifying your discharge orders from the hospital, your prescriptions will be sent to our partner pharmacy. Medications are typically delivered to the facility three times per day, so most medications are available the same day you arrive.
