Mr. Simmons came to Dover Care Center for short term rehabilitation with the goal of returning home independently. Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapies developed a personalized therapy plan to help Mr. Simmons achieve his goal!
Mr. Simmons has worked hard during his stay at Dover Care Center to progress towards his goal of returning home. He can independently perform his activities of daily living, walk with a rollator long distances, and maneuver stairs safely. After less than a month, Mr. Simmons has met his goal and returned home independently! We are all so proud of his hard work while at Dover Care Center. We will all miss him!!
