Carol Gibson
Vice President of Human Resources
Carol joined Exceptional Living Centers in 2016 as the Vice President of Human Resources. She served as the Accounts Payable and Procurement Manager at the organization from 2004-2014. As the Vice President of Human Resources, Carol is responsible for directing employee functions of the organization in accordance with the policies and practices of Exceptional Living Centers, the laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations. Carol is responsible for strategic human resource planning to provide the organization with the best talent available and to position the organization as the employer of choice by being aware of policies, practices and trends within the industry.  Carol is a member of Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and holds her SHRM-CP and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
