Attracting and retaining residents is an important part of any community. With customized marketing and referral plans, we can assist you in identifying community need and establishing collaborative relationships with hospitals and physicians in your area to help sustain census goals.

Our team will work closely on a regular basis with your Director of Admissions and Community Liaison to monitor ongoing census targets as well as your admissions and discharge rates. We will also work with your sales force and encourage them to be fearless when it comes to asking for referrals and coaching them to get results.

Exceptional Living Centers takes an active role in partnering with hospitals in our centers’ communities to help identify the cause of unplanned discharges and decrease the percentages of readmissions. By examining a variety of trends revealed by the data, clinical management identifies and fulfills the educational needs of staff, residents, and physicians.
