For over 20 years, Exceptional Living Centers has provided professional health care management services throughout the United States. Our wide range of services includes areas such as clinical and operations management, marketing, finance, centralized business office, human resources, legal and compliance, and information technology.

We currently serve 17 communities that include skilled nursing, residential, and pediatric centers in the Midwest. Together, these communities have a total capacity of 1900 residents and employ in excess of 2000 people.

It is our goal each day to provide the expertise necessary for our community partners to fulfill their desire to deliver quality care to their residents within available resources.

  • BETHEL CENTER EMPLOYEE WINS CORPORATE SHINING STAR AWARD

    Cathy Wenzel, RN, at Bethel Center in Arpin, Wisconsin has been named the 2014 Exceptional Living Centers’ Shining Star award winner. The Shining Star Program is designed to recognize individuals who go above and beyond the everyday call of duty. Executive directors choose one Shining Star recipient from the facility they lead to receive the facility Shining Star of Year Award and that employee is then nominated for the Exceptional Living Centers' Shining Star of the Year given out by the home office in Lexington, Kentucky.

  • REGIONAL HR REPRESENTATIVE APPOINTED

    Exceptional Living Centers, a full service professional management company, has appointed Laura Contreras as the regional human resources representative for Wisconsin. This is the first regional human resources position appointed within Exceptional Living Centers. In her position, Contreras will provide support for recruitment, retention, compliance, performance management, and staff development for Exceptional Living Centers' managed communities throughout the state of Wisconsin.

  • CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY FOR FIRST ASSISTED LIVING CENTER IN CLAY COUNTY

    Construction on the much anticipated assisted living center on the Exceptional Living Center of Brazil campus is underway in Brazil, Indiana. In mid-March, the construction team began preparation of the site for the new 37,000 square foot center. In early April, the official groundbreaking occured.
